Estate and Gift Tax Planning
Mr. Snyder primarily focuses on international tax planning for high net worth individuals, wealth management, subpart F planning, treaty issues, as well as general partnership and corporate taxation. Mr. Snyder previously worked at Kaufman, Rossin & Co., providing tax consulting and compliance for hedge funds with respect to domestic and international tax issues as well as negotiating with the IRS regarding tax controversy matters. Subsequently, Mr. Snyder worked at Chepenik Trushin LLP, where he provided estate tax planning and international inbound tax structuring for various high net worth clients.
