Jack Finkelman has guided many
foreign investors in connection with the negotiations, structuring and
documentation of commercial real estate transactions, as well as in
combining such investments with proper immigration planning. Based upon
his legal expertise, as well as his personal background, he is uniquely
qualified to assist foreign investors with the complete range of services
which they require—from obtaining temporary non-immigrant visas to
establishing full time, permanent residence and managing a full-fledged
commercial enterprise. Jack is also fully qualified to deal with all
aspects of domestic commercial real estate matters including acquisitions
and sales, lending, leasing and joint venture agreements. He travels
regularly throughout Central and South America and is involved in
lecturing on international matters to organizations such as The Florida
Bar.
He is trilingual, fluent in Spanish, French
and English.
