Bob Stamen has spent his
entire legal career at Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg, and has concentrated
his practice on estate planning, pension and profit sharing plans,
individual income taxation, and corporation law. He has represented
clients with respect to the purchases and sales of their businesses, and
the appropriate structuring of same from a family planning viewpoint, as
well as from an income, gift, and estate tax viewpoint. By combining
his expertise in the areas of estate planning, employee benefits, and
business acquisitions, Mr. Stamen and the firm are able to offer clients a
